Best Bay Area dry storage with Travelift?

Just gathering information at the moment. Years ago when we were in Astoria, OR, we had a great experience working on boat projects while in the marina, biking to the fabulous and knowledgable nearby chandlery as needed. They had a big nearby open area for working on the hard too. Always thought we'd want something like it if we had to park her for a while.

So this time we are thinking we might see about moving to land for a few years to work in the Bay Area. As we currently have no jobs lined up and ultimately we wouldn't be living aboard anyway, what matters most is locating a yard where we can safely leave her ANYWHERE in the Bay Area. We have a 36' steel cutter and require a lift.

Bonus points if it has some of those Astoria perks. Want the ability to work on weekend projects, nearby knowledge and resources, available power, security, a place to park a car...perhaps in a less rainy area. Maybe even a decent marina nearby for when we are ready to move back aboard for a month or so before we go.

Appreciate your local knowledge!
Thanks
Susanna
