Anyone Live Aboard in Miami at Dinner Key Marina?

I'm looking at taking a new job in Miami, and am looking for a place to live aboard. I was told that Dinner Key would be a good place to try. I have my name on the list there and they tell me it's looking like I'll have a spot in March.

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I dont live there but I do keep my boat there. Its the only marina that I have experience with. I like it the staff is helpfull, although everything happens at the speed of goverment. From the time of my slip being ready to getting the ok to put the boat there was2 weeks of paper work and waiting for the one guy who can sign it to be in the building.
The publc bathrooms every body talks about how dirty they are. I have never been in there and not found them clean. I wouldnt eat off the floor/ sink but its clean.
The people around the docks are freindly as well always saying hello and trying to toss you a dock line.
IM planing on living there myself once I get rid og 1000 sqft of junk in my apt.
