A better Quality of Life!!

Hi All!! We have decided to have a better quality of life and live aboard our 40ft Trawler in the Kemah/Clear Lake Texas area! Yeah right!!
It will be the two of us and our 55lb fur baby Carli.
I am looking for any tips or concerns that can be offered to help with the transition. ( Already purchased a "Potty Pad" area for the dog to get use to). Thank you in advance!

Re: A better Quality of Life!!

Good luck.

My now deceased best buddy was thoroughly house broken but never quite managed boat broken. He never did anything below. He was also consistent on deck. He piddled on port side and pooped on the starboard side. Just could never teach him to use AstroTurf and his paws could not pump the head.

I see a dinghy and a lot of shore trips in your future.

Enjoy
Rich

You have chosen an interesting and somewhat diverse community. Think dink, golf cart and bicycle to roam the area.

Looking for another pretty place to work on the boat.
