Inside passage delivery

A little deceiving maybe... since I'm delivering my own boat from Ketchikan to Seward in ~2 weeks. I have 16 days to complete this trip including air travel time... so no time for a leisurely cruise.

I'm looking for route advice:

First few days will be maintenance and resupply. The boat is a '79 Rawson PH with a 48HP Perkins 4-108. Hull speed is about 6nm/hr @ .75-1 gal/hr. No radar, so no night travel. 80 gal fuel.

day 1: Leave Ketchikan and try to make Thorne bay or Ratz harbor

Day 2: Long day... Make Wrangell???

Day 3: Make Petersburg and meet up with other Rawson owners

Day 4+5: put down lots and lots of miles

Day 6: Make Juneau and resupply

Day 7: Over night in Funter Bay

Day 8: Make Hoonah to top off fuel.

Day 9: Make Gulf and start crossing 4-5 days

All this is weather dependent of course, with a significant possibility of having to winter the boat in Hoonah.

I know that weather will be unpredictable, and hope I can time the tides to my advantage. Is this plan to ambitious?
