hello im back
Well after a 2 mounth sea trial of my new boat, it is nice to be plugged in again. the new boat ( nantuckett clipper 32 yawl rig) is everything I expected her to be. She sails great. I do miss the living space on my ex-boat (catalina 30) But the confidence in an extreamly strong boat is priceless.
Dose anybodie have any tricks of the trade on tacking on a full keel? I have been so used to the fin on my EX that when sailing the new found it very difficult to turn the corner, I look forward to reading the treads I missed, Cheers D

bring her up close hauled first and when you flip, let the jib back to push you around before letting the sheet off. boats differ, but usually tacking fast to keep momentum helps.
