Mike, you will get plenty of help both here, and in Corpus Christi. Feel free to stop by, we are in CC Marina most weekends. "D" pier (by Joe's Crab Shack), can't miss us - tall black mast. If you are in town this weekend, there's a Christmas Party at Bay Yacht Club, and you are welcome to stop by - plenty of advice will be on hand.

I'd most likely suggest the ditch to you - it's boring, but to get to the Gulf, you first have to go to Port Aransas, which is out of your way.

Feel free to call: 210.six six three. 8O7 nine.

Mike, ONLY on Cruiser's Forum, would one meet up with a neighbor not just in the same MARINA, but the same PIER in the marina!

If you are around, there's a New Years Eve party at Bay Yacht Club. You are more than welcome to stop by.
