Bocas to San Blas

Anyone have any local knowledge? My cousin is off on an adventure from Bocas del Toro to San Blas. It appears that the wind is generally from the east so a bit of motoring will be involved. It appears to be about 300 miles. Anyone done this trip and how long did it take? She's sailing on a 50' Bene. Heck, somebody on here has done everything so this should be a breeze.

Re: Bocas to San Blas

It's an easy trip and there's hardly any wind at the moment. Lightning squalls are abundant though.

easy stops in Portobelo / Isla Linton area.

ciao!
Nick.
