Threads like this are the reason MOST members never post.

The BF are cruisers as much as anyone on this forum.

But the reality of it is I truly believe, is the BF's would not frequent the place if had they received any stellar form of reception....Their just not into it...they have there own agenda and there own way about them...Forums are not for everyone.

They are immersed in there lives.... CF is a blip on the map to them...of no consequence at all either way.... rather that experience would have been 100% positive or not would not have increased their participation....Like you said ...they don't need us or peoples advice.

More power to them.

Relationships are everything to me...everything else in life is just a tool to enhance them.

If I had a Donation button om my website I would be on lots of fourms.

At least for enough posts so the keywords would be enhanced in Google etc.

Dang! Not a bad idea!

There's no point in reading their blog for a while. They are off to Minnesota for a few months. There is an opening in the new year for any eager young chippie who wants to rebuild their main hatch.

Bring your own pizza.

For those who may not be aware, Ouest, Pat and Ali's 10 month-old daughter was born with hemangioma on the tip and left side of her nose. One of the foremost doctors in the US with expertise in treating hemangioma (a benign tumor of blood vessels which often manifests in a red birthmark) and a long track record of successfully doing so, is located in Minneapolis / St. Paul. He has been treating Ouest since her tumor appeared many months ago, shortly after she was born (13 December 2009).

Their current trip back to Minnesota will, quite possibly, be the last time this little girl will have to be handed over to the doctor's nurses to have her tiny nose burned with a laser. She's been through the process enough times, now, that she understands what will happen when they go there and she's placed in the nurses' hands.

That anyone would make light of any parent's choice to do whatever was in his / her power to benefit a completely dependent child is, to me, simply astonishing. This thread no longer serves any useful purpose, and this will be the last post to it . . . thread closed.
