Quite right about the sewerage. NAOK is a short taxi ride away. 30 euros a day. Lay lines power and water. 500 metres from Liston a must do coffee metropolis.
Mandraki is equally close similar price. Make sure that you say that you must have a 1.8 + metre draft. If not, you will end up on the ruin of a breakwater moored bow to and trying to get off your boat across the 2 metres to the rough rocks. Deep keels get to moor stern to on the castle side.
