? TC's web site indicates if you're Can registered & operating in Can waters you're exempt, but need one in international waters. Then the site just refers you to a form from what I can see. What sort of hoops do you need to jump thru, and how often? And yes, I have a radio operator's licence.
This is also true in reverse. We needed to get the full international station license
to take our radios to Canada. This is the law but I've never heard of any enforcement issues nor have we been asked to produce the paper. (Great Lakes)

search. The Canadian Fed sites are pretty user friendly.
