I've sailed on the Yawl version and they are great performers. You were smart to settle on an aft cockpit.

purrty boat... have fun sailing her--you will enjoy her a lot-- check your chainplates and tangs before any heavy sailing, tho.....

Thanks Zee! I am going to play around on her til September and haul her to me hacienda and get her ship shape over the winter. Splash her in the spring! How is Mexico? I love it down there, lived in the Yucatan for a year great times and better food.

wonderful here-- but i am easy to please--if the prices are low and anchoring is free--i will love it! is how it is here---- and sunsets and sunrises to love as well...

That saloon does look mighty homely. You could fit 10 cruisers and have table space for all the rum they're gunna drink.

Excellent advice! Our friends who sold their CL41 last year had a chainplate pull right out through the deck. It had rusted completely through! They had checked the others but this one was more difficult to get too and had let it go. Fortunately, they were adjusting the rigging at a marina when it happened. Scary.

I actually think she looks pretty homey down below, as in a nice place to hang out, rather than homely, as in not something you want to show your buds unless you're into too much rum, but hey, I'm Alaskan.
