Philippines Yacht Surveyor wanted - Cebu or Davao

I am trying to find a qualified yacht surveyor to do a survey on a 40' aluminum sailboat in either Davao City or Cebu, the Philippines. Can anyone suggest names (ideally with contact information)?

This is a bit late for this person. However, I thought it useful to contribute to the knowledge base. Luc Callebaut on s/v Sloepmouche has been performing surveys at Holiday Oceanview Marina in Samal Island, near Davao. Davao is just a short plane hop from Cebu.
