Has anyone had issues getting information/updates from Pantaenius
Insurance on boats that were damaged during
Hurricane Irma/Maria? My
boat has been submerged in Paraquita Bay since September 6 and I've had minimal contact from Pantaenius since. I do understand that they have a
surveyor on the ground in the
BVI but emails to him are returned as "undeliverable." Further, my calls and emails to their representatives at HQ are repeatedly ignored. My
insurance agent is working to get further information but I'm curious if others have had similar problems.
