Moorings Ownership Program

Hello everyone!
I am interested in any thoughts on the Moorings Ownership program from people who have been in it or have evaluated it.
Thinking this program could help me gain some experience with the boat prior to any long distance/time cruising. Also let me try it out in different parts of the world.
I have been bareboat cruising about once every 2 years for about 25 years (I currently live in Illinois). Mostly in the Caribbean, but have also sailed in Greece, Seychelles, Great Lakes. This would get me out there sailing every year, increase my on water experience etc.
Current long term goal is to start long distance sailing in ~ 5 years, maybe sail around the world.
Thoughts?

Thanks for the info! I did see a Moorings post from 2011 and a recent generic ownership program post from 2018. Just trying to get the most recent feedback from people in the Moorings program.
