8 HP Tohatsu outboard (2006) for the tendergood
Triple solar panels, charge controller and 12V batterieshow old?plus 1.5k
Wind Generator.brand??--plus 1-2K

Construction:
Hull: grey epoxy primer and black antifouling, March 2014.
Deck stepped mast with rollerbearing cars
Boom with rod kicker.
The emerged zone has a blue Gelcoat was spray painted with 2 component AWL GRIP laquer in Corinthian Blue, two golden stripes & White waterpass, march 2014.Awlgripped boats are more costly to maintain--minus 3k
Pre-balanced rudder.The upper rudder bearing is above the waterline. No maintenance neccessary, always a dry bilge.Marketing BS
Three blade volvo folding propeller on shaft.See above comments on Volvo
Roomy cockpit with folding tables on middle console.
Lewmar leather covered steering wheel with adapter for the Wind vane auto steering
Steering: chain and cables, no play.
Cockpit: Teak on floor, seats and big swimming platform.
Windsteering on plattform installed.
HF Antenna on isolated backstay.good
The dinghy can be carried upside with outbord engine or upside down without the engine on the foredeck. Storm approved.marketing BS

Do a similar +/-spreadsheet for the 411's on Yachtworld and make a fair offer, which will be ridiculously low in the eye of the buyer, then let the negotiations begin

Yes, I actually made an offer which was refused. After which I took on a new project for work which will see me have no time off until Q2 next year so maybe its for the best. No point in having her in a marina and not being able to sail her for 9 months
