Not double, but multihulls do cost more.

About how long on average does it take a diver to clean a 35 foot hull?

I'm just curious and I have no idea, so if I could get a SWAG on how long it usually takes and what a typical regular maintenance interval for a slip queen boat on the West Coast is I'd appreciate it as I have no idea at all and it would be interesting to find out.

Paint in good condition and not overly foul, figure an experienced diver will need about a minute a foot for cleaning. Really foul bottoms and/or anode installations add time.

Hull cleaning frequencies vary greatly up and down the west coast. It is not possible to generalize. In the Puget Sound area, it may be as infrequent as once or twice a year. In the Bay Area, every two months is typical. And in San Diego, it's every three to four weeks.
