Insurance for Cruising

Need recommendations for boat insurance company. Boat is US documented, located in Panama and will cruise Western Carib and as far as FL, possibly, in 2020. Boat value is maybe $95K. Present insurance company won't insure less than $125K, its a new rule.
I would accept a policy that covers liability only, if such was available.

I have under insured boats in the past too in order to reduce cost and reduce risk.

However, insurance has increase signficantly in both cost and hassle since the big losses a few years ago.
