How far offshore do you have to be from US to start Casino / Brothel and 420 Cafe ?

How far offshore do you have to be from the US to start a Casino or Brothel or 420 cafe?
Anybody know of any of these fixed floating vice mines?

Well, you gotta be more than 3 miles out to be beyond state interests, 12 miles out for US sovereignty, and over 200 miles out for the economic zone. At 200 miles, you will be in abyssal ocean depths, so you won't be anchoring (fixed)...

there are lots of oil well platform in the GOM that people are looking at converting to condos,,,,might want to consider there,,,you would get lots of fishing vessels stopping buy

You don't need to be off shore at all to start any of these businesses.

The problem I see with your business plan is that each of these are available fairly easily in Vegas. Or, go to St. Maarten - for sure!!
