This is a long shot for sailors but Workamper.com is a service
for people who live and travel in RV.s Membership
and they have an excellent reputation. They simply serve as a go-between to match up people who are mobile with employers who need temporary (usually seasonal) employees who arrive in their own housing. For boaters this means hooking up with a marina or a job near a marina. Jobs are usually tied to the tourist season, so employers are grateful that you don't need housing. Everyone wins because you can move on at the end of the gig without hard feelings either way. It's up to each employer and employee to make their own deal so there are lots of precautions to be taken on both sides. Except for membership
in Workamper, which gives access to job news, there is no cost to the job seeker. Hint: be online and be nimble. The best jobs go fast. One is acting as a docent at a California
lighthouse and it's booked through next year already.
