Great idea, you're making me hungry... if you ever get to Australia, I'll buy some of your lovely fresh bread..!

Re: Floating bakery on boat - a good idea?

Check out http://www.pizza-pi.com. Located Christmas Cove, St Thomas, USVI. Pizza oven on an anchored boat in the cove. Website tells the story of the refit of the boat. Great Pizza, a must stop when transiting the Virgins. Tara runs the show, great person!

In most anchorages in the Carib, boat boys will deliver most anything you ask for. Bread, fruits and vegetables and ice are most common. For many all they need is a Stand Up Paddle Board and they are in business. It amazing to watch how much they can stack on one of those things for delivery.

I've been to Cuttyhunk and used the kids along with Aldo in The salt pond. One of my favorites are the girls on the ice cream boat in Orient Bay St. Martin.

Be creative, and have fun!

Marty
