BVI Charter Ownership

Researching ownership potential in 40something Cat in BVI. Wanting to reduce costs of ownership and personal use about 6 weeks per year.

Any recommendations on Charter companies: CatCo, DYC, Moorings, Horizons, CYOA, Others????

Expectations in regards to number of charter weeks? Would you do again? Exit strategy?

Recommended boats? Layouts (4 cabin vs owner version)? Maintenance ?

How much net loss over 5 years expected?
