Buying a sailboat in Tunesia

I found a British registered steel sailboat moored in Tunesia.
Currently I am looking for an experienced and trustworthy surveyor
to check her out.
Is there anything else to consider when buying a boat there?

Tunesian liens or other claims.
And Lithuanian laws. (You are Lithuanian? If not, substitute your own country.)
Tax laws, import, excise, VAT, anything like that in each country.
