Boat Yard in Northern Massachusetts or New Hampshire?

We are moving to New England and have taken our boat through the Panama Canal. We need to put the her (Frers 43) on the hard for a year. Can someone recommend a boat yard in Northern Massachusetts or New Hampshire? The nearer to southern Vermont the better?

Questions – does either state have an annual boat tax?
