Interesting the OP isn't responding to the questions about the insurance company having his CC#. Do you think he is trying to disparage the insurance company for some reason?

I agree, the unanswered questions are the ones that may be of use to us; it leaves me thinking the OP is using the forum as a soapbox to vent some perceived wrong. OP, wrong ?
