Hello, We were searching for Gemini 3400 in Canada and your posting came up ~ the wonderful world of google. After reading the entire three pages we did more "google searching" and guess what we found.

The possible owner of "your" Gypsy Rose is quite possibaly "Claus and Rose on a Gemini Cat, took us out on Gypsy Rose." re The John Ray: January 2009

If you can gain a judgement against this fellow (in your home country) you can then ask the harbor authorities in any harbor in the world to "arrest" the boat, meaning he will not be allowed to leave that harbor until the "arrest warrant" has been cleared up.

A judgement in a small calims court will do quite nicely. The harbor authorities generally will chain his boat to the dock.
