I am planning on chartering a bareboat from Harbor North for a weekend in September. There will be two couples and I'm looking at their Hunter 33. As I've never sailed in that area before, I have a few questions. 1. Does anyone have expreience with Harbor North and is this a good choice? 2. What kind of whether/wind/bugs can I expect in September? 3. Since we will be leaving around 2:00 Friday afternoon, I was thinking of sailing to Kelly's island for the first night, and then one of the Bass Islands for the 2nd night. Any suggestons on moorings or anchorages? The north side of Kellys looks like it might be good. Thanks in advance! |
