The Garmin works great. Exactly as advertised. It took a little getting used to the small screen having previously used a laptop. I bought the fuel flow sensor but never got it working on either the CaNet or NMEA networks. Other than that its a good unit.

I just came back from taking the dingy off the boat and running it to the boat ramp today. Man was that a COLD ride.

Too bad you didn't wait a couple days. We're getting a taste of an Indian Summer this year Back to 70 degrees today!

Boy, that must be nice. The minute ours comes out we have to winterize it right away. You never know you might get a hard freeze overnight, and this is in October although today it's in the mid fifties, of course it won't last.

It is offical, Boating for us is over for 2008 as of this morning. Amanda Faye is sitting in a cold parking lot for the next 7 months.
