sailing vacation may start tomorrow!

It looks like my 2 month learn how to sail the boat vacation I had planed on this year will not happen. But we are trying to get out tomorrow for 10 to 14 days starting tomorrow. We are heading to the beautiful northern end of Lake Michigan once again. I can't wait. Wish us luck because I am just learning to sail and my crew is learing from me! Talk about the blind leading the blind!!

Take it slow and easy...

and make sure everyone has FUN! If this is the initiation, it's important to start right. Be patient, make mistakes, laugh about them (as you're cringing inside), but above all, remember why you're out there. Enjoy!

I wish it were longer! THE VACATION! We had a great time. And some trouble involving the Coast Guard and a very big tow rope!
But it was a good time.

Thanks! I LOVE my boat. I wish I could have used it more, I think that next year will be My year.
