Boy, that *is* a big lock! Wow. When you look at the water level marks on the side... huge!

Here is a photo of one of our "bigger" locks from the Erie Canal, but it's big only in terms of water level, not sheer volume.

We started at the top of the line my wife is holding.

We have GÃķta Canal in Sweden... This and Gota alv is from stockholm-gothenburg if i remember right it is over 120 locks.

If the trip is alternately if you understund me, it doesnt matter so much.
