Private Slips for Rent?

Anyone know of home owners of slips, renting them out? Specifically Grand Haven, Holland, Muskegon areas near Lake Michigan? 8' depth minimum at dock. Perhaps a home owner who doesnt have a boat would like some extra cash for allowing someone to keep a boat at thier dock? Just an idea...

The prices for slip rentals on commercial Marinas are subjective...I think they are high, but Im a newbie to all this. Im looking at $2500-$3000 for year round at a "cheap" marina. Thats hard to accept. I have no problem spending money on the boat but I do on a 35' slip.

PM me if interested. We've got a dock that will take up to an 80' boat. Located in Traverse.

That's a pretty good price on this side of the Island.

Here in SH you can get a slip a little cheaper but not much so I think thats about the going rate. Here that price includes putting the boat in and out and sometimes included is storage too.
