Anyone considered heated clothing for November sailing?? There are LOTS of motorcyclists who ride all winter long, and there are 12V DC heated pants, jackets, gloves, shoe insoles and socks. Sounds to me like an excellent solution. In November it's quieter, clearer air and more wind. With a plug-in heat system I would think you'd be fine. I SURE hope so, since I'm headed down the ICW leaving Connecticut in November and plan on using this approach.
