My boat is waiting for new bottom paint

The USCG is sending another Bay class tug, the Penobscot Bay, to break you out. She should be passing through the St. Lawrence Seaway near here by Wednesday.

South
Florida is so awful. We do not like boaters best to stay up there where you are all loved and appreicated. Who wants 80 degrees and 10 kts from the south.
