Is there a manufacturer and model or is the unit components assembled. Will it operate with a Honda 2000 generator? Are the vessels 40” in length!

Yes, system will run with a Honda 2000. The motor draws 11.4 amps at 900 psi.
The pressure vessels are for 40 inch membranes. Each vessel currently contains a pickled membrane.
System was assembled from the best components available vs. less expensive components from branded system manufacturers.

In answer to several questions about this watermaker system:
Pump and motor were brought into Cat in Minneapolis for inspection. After disassembly and examination, Cat told me to not bring it back until it's has closer to 2,000 hours as there was no sign of internal wear.
Electric motor control relay added not found on other systems.
The membranes were cleaned before being pickled in the housings.

Not sure on the size of the pump and motor. The pump appears to be a little smaller than what is specified for two vessels, what HP is the motor? I just got a quote on a CAT 3.5 gpm with a 2 hp motor. The price is 1258.00 (new).

I am seriously interested however the pump seems small for 2 40” vessels.

With a 3.5 CAT pump you could easily have a three-vessel system and make about 60 gallons per hour. KEWL! Also please note, a Honda 2000 will not operate a 2 HP motor.
