Vetus AirVentV Siphon Break

Vetus AirventV
Vetus air vents prevent sea water from siphoning back through the exhaust into marine engines.
This siphon break is critical for engines utilizing a wet exhaust system. Vent mounts in the coolant line before the mixing elbow with the exhaust gas. Ideal installation is 16 inches above the water line.
Also called a vented loop, it is used as a siphon break for marine toilets and holding tanks.
AIRVENTV model has a pressure valve and is self contained. It does require periodic maintenance to prevent clogging with salt crystals
Hose connection diameter (inches) 1/2" - 3/4" - 1" - 1 1/4"
Dimensions (length x width x height) (inches) 6 3/8" x 3 7/8" x 1 15/16"
Brand new in original package for only - - - *** $50 **

Re: Vetus AirVentV Siphon Break

** Explanation or what we are listing ***
I may have failed to mention enough times that ALL of the stuff we are listing is from our boat and has been collected over the years when I could sail and cruise. My terminal cancer has ended all of that so we are trying to find a good home for the stuff. Since quite a bit of it is "old," even if it is in its original packaging, and possibly no longer available or made, we thought cruisers might be interested - especially if you had one and now would like to replace your broken one with an exact or near duplicate.
