Re: RIB wanted

I have a 10' Caribe I picked up for free a couple years ago, been painted and has a couple small leaks with temp patches right now. Holds air all day as is from what I remember, but haven't used it in a long time. Free if you want to come to Sarasota and pick it up.

Re: RIB wanted

I want to publicly thank Chris for taking the trouble to get in touch with this Caribe dinghy. It’s no often that you get an offer like this and I picked it up yesterday, and am now in the process of trying to find the leaks and missing parts prices, oars, oarlocks, bungs, etc.
When I sort it out it will be just right for my boat.
Thank you Chris.

Re: RIB wanted

Hope it works out well for you, JR. It'll take some elbow grease and a few bucks to make it look like much, but I think it's still a nice solid little boat. And sometimes you don't want the prettiest dinghy at the dock, anyway.

Best of luck with it, and sorry I wasn't home when you picked it up. We'll have to remain cyber acquaintances for a while longer.

Re: RIB wanted

If anyone is still looking for a RIB. I have a 10 ft hypalon aluminum hull boat I purchased new in August 2008. The boat is above average close to good. Holds air for a month in the Bahamas. Needs a good cleaning. Two seats oars and air pump. Titan is the brand made offshore for a Canadian distributor. Rated for 15 hp. It is in Fort Pierce. I will be I FP from.March 27 to 30th selling my big boat. If you have interest pm me.
