Details of this system-

I sometimes take the time to take an old Mark 1 Wheel drive and break it down and refurbish the drive assembly to give it another 10 years out on the water. I added the other needed pilot components (that had been in storage as spares from a boat owner, that appear to be unused based on how clean they are) to make up a complete system.

I completely disassembled the wheel drive, cleaned and inspected the components within. Replaced the the main drive-belt with new belt and also replaced main pinion gear. Dis-assembled motor drive gearbox and cleaned out the 22 planet gears and re-lubed where required.

Motor has zero corrosion and very strong.

Bench tested all components after removal to verify functionality.
