For Sale: Prout 37 Elite Hull & Deck UK

Anyone looking for a fit-out project? I have a Prout 37 Elite with main bulkhead, hull and deck bonded and rudders fitted. She was laid up in the 1980's by Prout but never started. She cost in excess of £25k when built and nothing similar is available today. She has been covered for most of this time and has no problems. A few jobs have been undertaken but nothing significant. She offer great accommodation for the live aboard go anywhere family. Offer asap.

Thanks for the prompting that was an oversight. A correction to the original listing. the year should read 1990's and not 1980's. She will be available with a new engine not installed and few other high value fittings. She could be moved with an outboard. Looking for around £12k. Research shows these vessels even when twenty years old range in value from £60~110k. Anyone up for the challenge?

Amazing, Alex, and a huge project. However, judging by the skill shown in your earlier project, I for one can very easily visualize the finished boat.

Such a project is sadly beyond my physical capacity these days but I am with you in spirit, believe me. And I repeat - am iridiscent green with envy.

Good on you and please keep us all updated with pics as you progress.

Thanks also for introducing me to this forum. It seems head and shoulders above many others 'out there'.
