Pearson 53' bluewater cruisier $198,000

Extremely comfortable offshore boat is available for sale. This Pearson 530 is one of the few designs that is both seaworthy and very spacious inside. We have been continuously upgrading the boat over the past few years and are currently cruising in California, however due to a sudden change of plans, we unfortunately have to sell our beloved boat. This boat is in great shape and is ready to cross any ocean.

Some highlights of the past 2 year refit include:

• All new sails 2011-2012 (Both main and mizzen are in-boom furling)
• Top of the line 12v Fridge/Freezer
• 575W of solar panels with MPPT controller
• Rebuilt Max prop feathering propeller
• 125 Lbs Rocna anchor and 400 ft of chain
Engine and transmission rebuilt in 2008 and have 600 hours
• VacuFlush toilet and holding tank
Icom 802 SSB radio with tuner
Rigging on mizzen and some on the main. All new running rig.
• New 2012 3 burner stove/oven
Raymarine ST60 instruments new in 2010
• New cables on steering system
• Sea Recovery 800 GL/Day

Other highlights:

• Corian counter tops throughout the boat, Grohe faucets, and high end filtration system under sink.
• 3 separate heat pumps/air conditioning to heat and cool the boat in each room.
• Espar hydronic heating system new in 2010 with fan coil unit control for each room.

Full Specs:

Engine room:

Perkins diesel 4.236 model 85 HP 600 hours, custom made stainless steel exhaust and header tank. Transmission: Borg Warner C71 with 600 hours. Automatic fire extinguishing system!

Rig:

In-boom furling for both mizzen and main mast. New wire and Stalok terminals (2012) on mizzen and many on main. Both head sails on furling system.
