If you have the Yanmar 4JH4/5 then this prop would be too small.

The pitch is set for the Yanmar 3JH4 to peak at 3000 rpm in forward where the tach reads 3200 at full throttle in neutral. Thus it is a little underpriced but I did not drive the engine at that top rpm . I ran it at 2600.

The pitch is set with small set screwed using lock tight. It is very easy to do.

CampDavid, i looked up the Yanmar 4JH4 in the Kiwiprop site. They do spec the 18.5" model with an increase to 23 dogs vs. 22 degrees for the 3JH4 engine which I had.

I am involved with a sale but if he backs out I will let you know. The blades are only 2 seasons old. Also, I lost the nut and had to order a new one then the next winter it popped up. So I have two nuts! The nut is for only this prop.

Funny thing is that when shipped from New Zealand, DHL lost my nut also.
I did take a lot of ribbing around the marina!

Kiwiprop specs this model for 13 to 50 hp engines.

Someone asked about the shaft diameter but I can not read his post (?).
It is 30 mm as I stated in the first post also please review all the posts to answer questions about dimensions and pitch.

It is a right hand rotation. It is 30 mm with a SAE taper. asking USD $500 + shipping. Adjustable pitch forward with a fixed pitch in reverse.
