1988 cutter-rigged Island Packet 27, one of the most desirable pocket cruisers made due to large interior space and big boat features. The three-foot bow sprit makes the LOA 30'. Headroom is 6’2”. This IP 27 has a shallow 3' 8" draft, and full keel with a protected prop and rudder. She easily makes 6 knots under sail or motoring. Engine has only 310 hours. This vessel has just undergone a re-fit and is turn-key and ready to go cruising.
