Icom IC-M802 and AT-140 SSB Package

The SSB was purchased from Defender.com and I believe is 2-3 years old... you can check with Icom if you would like to confirm the build date (serial number is 1101036) as I'm not 100% sure. It's in very good condition with no visible corrosion or issues.

$1575 plus shipping. We are currently in the Bahamas and will ship when we get back to Palm Beach Florida around the 15th of Feb.

This package includes:

HF/SSB Transceiver Unit
Transceiver Mounting Bracket
RC-25 Remote Control Head
OPC-1106 Remote Control Cable
MB-81 Mounting bracket for Remote Controller
HM-135 Microphone
SP-24 External speaker
MB-82 Mounting bracket for speaker
Fused DC power cable
AT-140 HF Automatic Antenna Tuner
OPC1147N Antenna Control Cable (new)
2' Tinned Braided Ground Cable (new)
40' Stainless 1/4" wire with 3/8" Vinyl Coating For Rope Antenna (new)
25' Ancor GTO15 Wire (new) not shown in photo
40' Times LRM-400 cable (new but no end fittings) not shown in photo

Re: Icom IC-M802 and AT-140 SSB Package

I am interested in the package, replacing my ancient SEA 222 system.
Have an insulated backstay antenna already.
Just curious, what is your reason for selling?
If you could, please send me a PM, I'm seriously interested in the system.

Money

I really need data capabilities and looked at adding a Pactor modem, but the cost of the Pactor along with Sailmail sub pushed it over the edge for us. I decided to sell this and get minutes for our Iridium phone instead.

Very interested, my M600 packed it in and I need to replace it. Also in the Bahamas, currently in Highborne Cay, where are you?

Unfortunately, we're in the Abacos, but will be heading back to the Bahamas in a month. We're planning to stage in Spanish Wells for the run down to the BVIs. Are you heading North along the Exumas chain?

Re: Icom IC-M802 and AT-140 SSB Package

We are currently in Highborne, then going to Nassau for the 9th till the 12th to pick up friends, then heading down the Exumas chain to Georgetown to drop them off for thier flight home (about 12 days). Of course we will be incommunicado while in the Exumas Park. But should be able to connect again by the 15th or so. Tomorrow we are heading for Norman's and will again be out of range till the 9th. When we make our passage to Nassau. Let me know how best to connect.

Wolfe,

I've got two people in line ahead of you, but will let you know if either of them falls through.

Thanks,

Matt
