If you look at Fisheries Supply, the manufacture's list is 2,000.00$US

I checked Fisheries supply. And your right.

The one they have listed is a different part number. Mine is a HKN-C9452 and Fisheries Supply is HAR3303.

I spent a bunch of time looking at the specs hoping to find a significant difference between them and I can't. Working load and Breaking Load are the same, line is the same .... if there is a difference it's not going to much.

Oh well, it's only money ... thanks for the heads up. Regardless of what's it's original price was I wouldn't want anyone to overpay.

What project would make you buy a 15 ton snatch block for $2000 that you wouldn't end up using? I mean that is heavy duty enough to basically lift my 48' boat out of the water. A person does not buy something like this.... Unless they are sailing a mega yacht.

I'm sure it made sense at the time, its funny (in a strange way ) how things work out out.
