I have purchased Goiot hatch parts (and other European-manufactured items) from Budget Marine, St. Maarten. check out website catalog. prices surprisingly reasonable; they will export, via DHL/FedEx to the U.S.

Rig rite are jerks. Give them nothing! They wanted $45 for a single 2" plastic knob. Another $35 for a bolt.

I am not endorsing Rig Rite just passed on the contact. I have read on several threads the poor customer service from Rig Rite. I think I will try and contact Goiot Sytems directly and go from there. Having said that if they are the only game in town and you need a specialized part to replace on a 1500$ hatch I guess I would suck it up. Just my ho Peter

FWIW, I had zero problems with my only purchase from Rigrite. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Budget marine in the Caribbean carries the parts. Not sure about shipping, maybe from usvi?
