Item is new. Was a back up unit for a genset in a warehouse. Never ended up actually using it as far as I know. Chrome and rest of head control are in good condition. Comes with harness pre-wired. From storage, has had mounting studs slightly bent. This is relatively minor and they can be straightened out with a bit of force. Reference pictures for condition.
