To be precise:
The 365 is a ketch made 76-82 draws 4.5' with 615SA Disp17.7k
The 36 Sloop was made 72-76 draws 6' with SA 585 Disp 13k
The 36 PH Pilot House sloop from 79-81 draws 4.5' with 570SA Disp 17.7k
The 367 (cutter) was made 81-82 draws 5.5' with 599SA Disp 17.7k
The 36-2 was made 85-90 draws 6.5 (or CB) with 660SA Disp 15k
These were different models albeit several on the same hull, but there are no 365 sloops.

The models are different in technical number for sure but with the same hull and underbody, same layout etc the ones I mentioned are basically the same boat. The sloop and ketch for example has same underbody same mast location same hull same layout etc. They just put a longer mast and boom for more mainsail and no mizzen obviously. So while one is a 36 sloop and one is a 365 they really are the same boat with a different rig.

Someone is trying to sell their boat. Can we keep the topic to, at a bare minimum, of discussing the type of boat and more specifically the boat for sale? Thank you.

I fully agree that the thread should be limited to discussing the boat for sale. But that should include discussion of the fact that this is a sloop, not a ketch and there should be clarity that the boat is in fact properly rigged as a sloop, and not a ketch that has been modified by taking out the mizzen mast.

Actually, unless something has changed very recently, this is, in fact, a ketch, not a sloop. Sorry about the semi off-topic.

To reiterate, someone buy (me) this fantastic boat!

EDIT: I though the third day couple were selling, not someone else haha!

No, according to the video/ad, it is being sold as a sloop.

Obviously, anyone interested in this boat should contact the owner (contact info is in the video) to clarify whether this boat was at one time a ketch. My conclusion, after studying the video and comparing what it shows to other boats for sale, is that it was a ketch at one time. But I have no idea why anyone would want to get rid of the mizzen mast.

One of the reasons we chose our P365 Ketch as a cruising boat was the HUGE cockpit...which is where you live when cruising. Add to that the seperate shower stall so that 4 people in our crew can take daily showers without soaking down the bathroom and we were sold!

I listed this boat for a friend, so don't know all the particulars, but we paid $37K for ours that wasn't in too much better shape than this one, for which my wife has kicked my arse many times over by the way...but hey...we are out here cruising, so life is good!

This boat is a good deal and it is still available. I'm selling it because I was unable to get a local mooring for it.
If any one is interested please get in touch with me.

Aloha Plymouth,
Great looking vessel at a bargain price. Wish I could come and see her. I paid $20K for a bare hull with a keel since I had to remove everything else and rebuild.
regards,

I need to sell the boat and it seems like a buyers market right now. The price is low to make it move. I'm paying for storage. For a person who knows these boats it is a great importunity.

Where is she lying? And why are there no moorings? Is she on the hard?

She is on the hard at a boat yard in Plymouth, Ma. Plymouth has town moorings and I've been on the waiting list since 98 for a 22'. I bought the boat when I thought I was only a year away. The problem was that for a 36 ft boat no moorings have become available.
I can't afford a marina.
