For Sale: Dutchman Boom Brake with shackle BB500B

Have this boom brake purchased in EBay few months ago,I cannot be certain but believe the person I bought from never installed?,looks unused to me.
Cannot install it in my boat,have only one winch each side for the jib and this unit needs a winch to work,I need to stop preparing the boat and start cruising,decided to pass on the install.
I paid $314.95 and will sell it for 250.00 plus shipping cost (about 5 LB from zip 28512).
If I have more time will get a second set of smaller winches but need to close "the list of projects"
