Re: Do you have boat supplies for sale?

I set up a website a over the winter called The Boat List - www.boatlist.org. My hope was that it would turn into a free place to trade used boat gear.

The site is up and running with several listings from contacts who submitted items from various sailboat owners groups. However, getting it promoted and high up in google search results proved expensive for a non-money making endeavor.

I always thought it was something that was needed in the boating world. Just impossible to get tons of traffic to it without throwing $$ at it. You're welcome to use the site. It works well!

I tried it but it kept telling me that I needed to price my item even though I had inserted a price in the space provided. It would not process my ad.

Did you just post the Max Prop feathering propeller? I just received that ad and approved it and it's live on the site.

I know what's happening... Are you putting your price in with a "$"? Just enter the numerical value in dollars (e.g. 100). The site doesn't like characters that aren't numbers or letters.

Randy,
I have a very nice Raymarine C120W, has built in GPS and Navionics charts for US and Bahamas.

Also a bunch of life vests, ton line, (some new some near new) couple of anchors, pumps, etc.

I can send more photos if you are interested.
