For Sale: $650 Splendide 7100xc washer/dryer combo

Slightly bruised but downright beautiful. I shall miss this machine - we’ve had it for a little more than a month. But, our family has places to sail - and I am streamlining our refit to leave the marina. So, Our washer/dryer aka Hrayskull is for sale. $650 OBO for a machine that retails new (with lipstick) for $1250. A new door will run you $150 but the crack in the glass is cosmetic and does not affect machine performance.

I'm wondering what you think of the Splendide 7100xc, as it's one we're also looking at. What other models did you consider? I seem to be having a tough time finding others and I don't want to go with this model simply because it's the most popular without feeling like I researched it thoroughly. Thanks!

I’m finding quite a few at various stores so I don’t think that’s the case.
We’re actually looking at the vented model however.

I have had this machine for over 5 years and we are live aboard.

....I love it. Really cleans great, doesn’t use a lot of water, spins at 2000 rpm and clothes come out almost dry. Is a little noisy as it is spinning at such speeds, but otherwise great. I would recommend vented model if possible, as we have non vented and doesn’t dry well. Also recommend choosing synthetic quick dry fabrics for cruising clothes....can get more in load and emerge near dry. Finally, this model has an express cycle which uses less water and energy but cleans great...use it all the time......
