Curious as to blister history, if any?

Re: 46' efficiency trawler Winnie the Pooh, $85k

While rebuilding Pooh prior to his 1997 re-launch, small to moderate blisters were repaired by long-term drying, sanding out the blisters, and filling with epoxy putty. A number of years later, an epoxy barrier coat was added after removal of all the bottom paint, which proved to be a mistake as there were no visible blisters at that time. At last haulout, one side of the hull near the waterline exhibited some small blisters, but these proved to be in the epoxy barrier coat and not in the gelcoat. Pooh has been docked in fresh water behind my house for the last 6 years, on the Okeechobee Waterway, one mile east of Ortona Locks.
