She sure can... 160 miles/day is pretty normal in average conditions...with a sea and a good firm trade wind she'll manage 180-190.
In 2010 we did Lautoka, Fiji to Port Vila, Vanuatu 540 miles in 2 days 23 hours ! all but the last 3 hours under windvane self steering..for a 40 ft boat that's quick !
